Mark installed my mesh cover in November 2020. He did an excellent job and answered all my questions. This year when I opened my pool, I could not find the storage bag for my cover. I emailed Mark that I could not find the bag, and without any questions he offered to drop one over. I would recommend Mark to anyone who wants a mesh cover installed.

We had a really tough time finding someone who would call us back to purchase a saftey cover for our pool. Kirk and Mark followed up with us immediately. If you are looking for a safety pool cover, no need to look any further.
The Safety Cover Guys (Kirk and Mark) offer the best quality, service and know-how at a reasonable price.
I checked several other places I found out mostly:
• slow or no response to requests for information
• offering a single lower quality brand (nothing with 20y warranty)
• uncertainty of how to deal with limited deck spaces
• lack of knowledge of alternative mounting hardware such as RDM's
• using subcontractors
• higher prices
No such problems with The Safety Cover Guys!
I also talked to the references they provided and all were very positive.
Kirk and Mark have the best tools for the job and know how to use them.
The 20 years warranty is also something I did not find anywhere else.

"We are extremely happy with our pool cover! - Mike was able to install it easily and it was much nicer to look at over the winter compared to our old standard cover. There has been some construction going on in the area and our neighbour's pool cover has an inch of mud on top of it (old standard style) - our's is nice and clean and ready to be removed (we didn't have to do a thing!). "It was a super winter. We love the cover. It is so much nicer to look at all winter and the added safety is a real bonus. I popped off a corner of the cover on the weekend and the water is crystal clear and the pool is full. When we go to open in it in the next few weeks, all we will need to do is remove the cover and turn on the pump. This is going to be way easier than pumping off stagnant water and a layer of slimy leaves."
